  • Welcome to our family home, "It's Boé Beach," a coastal retreat in Prominence on 30A! This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home comes with incredible amenities, multiple beach access points, and is steps from the pool. Some highlights we love: complimentary 6-seater golf cart, beach gear, proximity to The Big Chill, and beautiful and new modern finishes. The home just finished a remodel of new floors, décor, furniture, and a custom bunk bed room for 5. Great for families and friends, sleeps 9 in total!
