We are in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach less than 4 miles to Seaside, large and private 2 tier pool with waterfall. Located in a quiet cul de sac directly south of 30A, this home is close to everything you're looking for to make your vacation memorable. The public beach access is just a short walk away, as well as the famous Blue Mountain Beach Creamery. Redfish Village is also right around the corner for great food and frequent entertainment @ Red Fish Taco. Cowgirl Kitchen is a must! For local better than average bar food check out the local Irish Pub (Johnny McTighe’s). We often order pizza and eat outside or at the beach! This well-appointed home offers luxury amenities and decor. On the main floor, you'll find the primary living space boasting beautiful furniture in an open floor plan. Relax on the sectional and watch movies on the 55" flat-screen TV or cook for the family in the elegant kitchen. The dining room table seats eight with additional seating at the breakfast bar for four. This area is sure to bring the family together! Located on the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a king suite with a platform bed and private bathroom, as well as access to the back patio and pool area. The 2nd is a furnished with a queen with twin bunk above also on the first floor with a flat-screen TV and desk area! The rest of the sleeping arrangements are located on the second floor in the form of a master suite and a loft. The master provides a king bed, day bed, private bathroom, and access to the second-floor balcony where you can kick back and take in the fresh Florida air. The 4th bedroom/Loft has a full bath and sleeping is peaceful with twin over twin bunk coupled with a a twin bed (XL) with a twin trundle. There is direct access to the third-floor balcony where you'll find elevated views of the area.
Make your way outdoors to the newly expanded pool deck and you'll be in vacation bliss. The new studio sleeps up to 4 and is right off the large private pool providing relaxation and fun for the kids. Cook on the gas grill and dine outside with the family lounges by the pool in any of the multiple lounge chairs provided. The pool can be heated during the winter months for an additional fee, making this the perfect, year-round vacation spot for the whole family.
