CAMP WATERCOLOR
‘Mint Julep’ is seated in the perfect area! It is close to the pools and is a short bike ride to the Beach Club. Camp WaterColor is a well-known hot spot for tourists because of its quick accessibility to the resort pools, the Beach Club, shopping, dining and beach access along 30A. It is located in the northeast section of this resort and approximately 10 blocks from the beach. Camp WaterColor has an enormous waterpark and is approximately 2 blocks from the home. It features a lazy river, a main pool with a slide, a zero-entry pool and a small children’s area with a slide. It also includes a playground, basketball court and The Canteen Restaurant & Bar, which serves delicious meals daily, currently open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

THE BEACH CLUB
The Beach Club is located right by the WaterColor Inn and Resort. It has a tall tower you can’t miss that marks the entrance. This exclusive club is 45,000 sq. ft. and provides access to a children’s pool, large family pool with plenty of lounge seating, changing rooms with showers and lockers, an open bar called Costa Chica, WaterColor Grill restaurant and a sun deck. This famous club also has spectacular beach views and grants access to the pristine sparkling white sands and dazzling emerald blue ocean. Currently open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
‘Mint Julep’ provides INCREDIBLE beds and bedding! Fluffy, white, brand new duvets have been placed in the master suites downstairs and queen suite upstairs. The wonderful beds provide the perfect firmness, comfort and support.

In total, the home has 4 spacious bedrooms (2 are master suites with king beds) which all have TVs, and sleeps 10 people. The 2 master suites are located on the first floor and there are 2 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. The second floor has a queen suite with 2 queen beds, a bunkroom with 2 twin beds and a game room with 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a pull out couch.

There are 3 bathrooms in this stunning home. There is one en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, water closet and a standing shower, for the master bedroom with a king bed on the 1st floor. There is another full bathroom on the 1st floor with a shower/tub combo and it opens to the first floor hallway, as well as to the second master King bedroom. The third full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located on the second floor, at the end of the hall.

KITCHEN
Cook delicious meals in this gorgeous kitchen that has granite countertops, updated stainless steel appliances and new dinnerware and glassware. Gather around the kitchen table (seats 8) or sit on the bar stools (seats 4) to enjoy family dinners in this fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler.

We had a great stay at the property and loved having access to all of the Watercolor amenities. The hot tub didn’t get hot, just stayed the same temperature as the heated pool, but still enjoyable!

Just as described. We had 4 adults and 6 kids. Everyone slept comfortably. There were even additional beds that could have been used. Pool was in excellent condition. Hot tub worked. Golf cart was in excellent condition. Very smooth process and stress-free!

Wow, we loved our stay at this property. Very well appointed, great floorplan, fantastic outdoor area with hot tub and pool, and convenient location near all Watercolor amenities and services. Really appreciate the communication with property management, they were very helpful and responsive in resolving an issue with the golf cart. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. There with 18 year old daughter and 5-6 friends. They had a great time. Nice home. Good private pool. Excellent service from property manager when we had an issue with included golf cart. Property crowded but that was expected. Beach access could be easier. Ideally beach chair rental for the trip would be included.

We have stayed in many home in the area and they have all been lovely but Mint Julep was very special. It was charming, warm and comfortable. Beautifully designed and was very easy to make yourself at home The outdoor amenities were wonderful. We spent alot of time at the pool, fire pit and screened porch. Kitchen was spacious, attractive and stocked with anything you could need. We thoroughly ly enjoyed this stay.

The Mint Julip was just what we needed, as an escape from the world for just a little while. The rental process was easy, the management company was responsive and respected our privacy. We enjoyed the home; especially, the pool and spa. The home was clean, but dated. Still, it was perfect for us, this February.

We had a great stay (two families, 4 adults and 4 kids) at this property. The access to the beach and pool clubs are wonderful amenities and the golf cart and bike use (as part of the rental) makes it extremely easy to get around. The house itself is prettier than the pictures and the furnishings and kitchen housewares are a nice quality. Everything was in very good condition. It made for good eating and comfy sleeping while we were there. We are considering returning again to seaside and would happily return to this exact house.

The house and location were fantastic. The access to property management was not good. We had several issues when arriving at the house and it was near impossible to reach someone. Once I made contact with the owner of the management company, I was able to finally have solutions to those issues.

The Mint Julep house was perfect for our family! Everyone had plenty of room, and it was tastefully appointed. The management office was always available, and that was a bug plus when the back door pool safety alarm was acting up. The only small negative was the fact that one needed a PhD to figure out the TV remotes. It was rather frustrating. A small “how to” card would have been helpful. Regardless SD One manages a great property and we look forward to coming back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Mint Julep. Here are the pluses and minuses of the home: Pluses: -golf cart was a huge plus for getting around -location is fantastic. Super close to Publix and Camp Watercolor as well as the beach -beds very comfy -spacious home with great floor plan -cute front porch with big swing -upstairs area was perfect for kids Minuses: -pool alarm was absolutely annoying. We stay in Florida homes with pools every summer and have never dealt with anything like this. Constantly having to remember to push the button to turn off was so annoying when you have a family of 9 with 5 kids. -floors seemed very dirty, almost like a black film -screen porch is oddly located and only has a dining table on it. Would be better with some chairs and couches -fire pit area needs cleaned up. Not inviting. -No beach towels provided. Which just means more stuff to pack. -no lids for any of the pots! -cover on front porch swing cushion could use a washing -no cushions on back porch couch. And the pillows were dirty We would probably stay here again but the property just needs a a few little basic fixes to make it a 5 star stay. With the money you pay to stay here it needs to be better managed rather than “set it and forget it”.

We had a wonderful time with family here! The house was great for our group with kids from 6 months- 10 yo as well as 6 adults. The home was well stocked and clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Coffee on the porch and nights in the hot tub were amazing. We had a brand new golf cart that was so fun to drive around. Excellent location- minutes to a grocery store, pools, beach and shopping/restaurants- we didn’t need to get in the car at all. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back to Watercolor and would highly recommend this home to anyone. The only thing I would recommend is to bring or buy towels for the pool- with all of us we were short on towels for pool and showers. Thanks for a great stay!!
