200 yards from the beach. South of 30A. Easy beach access and semi-private to unique 30A community. Community pool, hot tub, gazebo grill.

Very spacious and updated condo with massive L-shaped deck, gulf views. Condo sleeps up to 7 people. Brand new kitchen and 2 updated bathrooms. Oversized couch and TV.

Three bikes free for you to use during your stay. A few beach chairs and toys.
