Sandy Boardwalk is 4,900+ square feet of gulf facing comfort for up to 20 guests. This 7- bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home offers panoramic views of the stunning gulf coast from both levels of the house and includes a private heated pool, a carriage house and a private boardwalk straight to the sugar-white sand beach Emerald Coast on the Gulf of Mexico. Take in the spectacular sunsets and create memories of a lifetime.

When you are not basking in the sun, strolling along the beach or spending time in the waves, take a dip in your private pool! The private pool courtyard has an open-air poolside room for enjoying snacks and drinks, watching television, and a great place for everyone to gather.

This destination is perfect for a beach reunion among family and friends with its ideal layout of multiple living spaces and private rooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took the whole family to Sandy Boardwalk for a week, and we had the best time. You can't beat the location, and we spent a lot of time on the porches looking out at the ocean. A hidden gem of this house were the benches along the boardwalk going down to the beach!There were a few things we needed to contact the management company about (codes changing, pool cleaning, wifi troubles, etc.) but the management team was super responsive and helpful and were there within a few minutes of me calling each time. Also, something to note is that the twin bedroom is a loft-style bedroom apart from the other two bedrooms upstairs (different sets of stairs take you to the different places). That was fun for our group, so wanted to share that!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great beach home for a family get away with plenitude of bedrooms and private bathrooms. Our crew ranged in age from we grandparents down to a 2 year old. the Beach is private enough to not be overcrowded. The home has most amenities needed, with a little wear and tear evident. Property management was on the ball whenever we required a repair or answer. Never used the grill, and it looked pretty worn, but probably workable.

Great Beach Location!

This property has a great location right on the beach with restaurants and shopping just a walk or bike ride away. One of the king-sized beds upstairs needs a box spring or more slats under the mattress. There was also one bedroom right off the kitchen that had a door that could not be locked. We did have an issue with a toilet paper holder being broken. I was able to easily reach someone who scheduled a repair person to fix it the next day. Overall, a great beach vacation even though the weather was chilly and rainy.
