    Dry Dock is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath beach cottage on Eastern Lake Road in Seagrove Beach, with sleeping for 4. The closest public beach accesses are less than 200 yards away in either direction, so the beach is an easy walk.

    The main living area has wood-plank ceilings, a ceiling fan and walls of windows, with sliding glass doors to a deck with outdoor dining for 6. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker, and a round dining table sits between the kitchen and the living area. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area sleeps 2 more guests.

    The bedroom has a full bed, and the bathroom has a shower. A washer and dryer are also included.

Great location and cozy.

We chose this property because of its proximity to the beach access. Check-in was easy, and everything was as described. We plan on going back next year and hope that this property is available to rent again.

We loved, loved the little cottage...size & location was fine but no counter space in bathroom & really terrible mattress with sub par linens made our trip uncomfortable & unpleasant. These are super easy fixes!! Also no coffee mugs! A good nights sleep & a nice mug of coffee to start the day are two small things that matter!!

Below Average - Needs Inexpensive but Important Updates

We were really excited to stay at Dry Dock and while we had a nice time at the beach, the rental could use some important updates. The mattress in the bedroom was hard as a rock, and we were sore each morning. The sheets and blanket were thin and scratchy. Two outlets we used sparked multiple times. And there isn't a window covering over the bathroom window! Houses are directly behind the house and can see straight into the bathroom. A small investment into some upgrades would make a huge difference. I didn't see the review left just before our stay, until we were there, but they had similar complaints.
