- Enjoy privacy and serenity just off the beaten path of 30A in this beautiful 4-bedroom house! This Southern Living designed home is a three-minute walk to the bay, nine-minute drive to the beach, five-minute drive to Topsail Preserve State Park, and seven minutes to shopping and dining in Sandestin. Surrounded by majestic live oaks, the home has a wrap around front porch and a large back porch perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. With over 2400 square feet and a large open living and kitchen area, the house offers plenty of space for everyone. With three and a half baths and an outdoor shower, guests enjoy comfort and convenience throughout their stay. While vacationing to the beach take in more of Florida’s natural beauty and wildlife with the beautiful Choctawatchee Bay! The bay access with two boat ramps offers more activities for your family such as fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing and more! Boats are welcome on a case by case basis.
