Located on the first floor of a private, gated community. Appalachian Sands is just minutes from the beach and an easy bike ride to the restaurants and shops of Gulf Place! The new complex offers a resort-style zero-entry pool and fitness center to all guests!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles- Open Parking Lot
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Property is calm, clean, and quiet. The units are very clean and elegant. You’re very close to the beach, bike rentals, and a couple local shops. The area encourages walking, biking, and golf cart rentals.

Nice property

The property was very clean and perfect for my husband and I. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the proximity to the pool. The only problem was the noise. We could hear every step made in the condo right above us. There were two small children who ran up and down the hallway. Thankfully they went to bed early so it did not interrupt our sleep, but it is annoying after awhile.

Great location, quiet and quaint, very nice condo, easy access to the beach although recommend renting bikes or golf cart to get to the beach, would definitely consider returning!

Great Spot

Easy to walk to the beach and a great little porch for morning tea/coffee. Loved staying here for a quick long weekend.

Good location, but...

Very nice rental with good location. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the noise level from the condo above was unbearable. There is no sound barrier-you can hear everything (every step, TV, toilet flushing)! We had very loud neighbors during our stay, making time in our rental not pleasant.
