Aces High was a fantastic stay! The home is HUGE, all bedrooms, rooms, common area, kitchen were very large and usable. All bedrooms were en-suite, beds, furniture all in excellent condition.Elevator was a lifsaver! We had two 80 yo's with us, no issues putting them on the third floor. Plus, very helpful on move-in / move out.ELC were stars! I requested an accomodation, which I would not have been upset if they said no. They discussed with the owners and agreed within minutes. Fantastic communication.Also, there was an issue with the pool heater. Things break, but what stood out is the attention they gave it. They had someone out that morning (Thanksgiving) to fix it. Fantastic!Property is well situated, walk to private beach area was great. Golf cart was a huge benefit, used it daily back and forth. It goes the speed of traffic, so better than a car.The only constructive criticism I have concerns the internet and channel selections. The internet was intermittent throughout our stay (likely a broader SeaGrove issue). The channel selection was limited—no ESPN, for example. Based on our experience with them, I expect they’ll update this in the future.Overall I highly recommend the home and highly rate their team. Thanks!
