Rent this adorable two bedroom designer beach cottage with private deck and yard. This pristine European style cottage has 10 foot ceilings, custom kitchen with granite countertops, marble floors, kingsize master bedroom with Vera Wang mattress. A perfect beach retreat for you or your family. Very quaint and romantic. Wrap around deck with a picnic table, umbrella, and private eating and sitting area. Beach Wagon available for the beach. Palm trees in front yard with private parking at end of no through way street. Four guests maximum.

The home sits at the end of a no-throughway PRIVATE road but is still only several blocks from the beach on the South side of 30A just off of Eastern Lake Rd. It is also close to 30A bike path and Eastern Lake. One can rent bikes and have them delivered. See photos for public beach access. There is also a new beach parking lot. It is closer to the beach then when you stay at most of the seaside developments located on the south side of 30A! Come and enjoy!

This cottage has a private studio attached with an entrance from the backyard which is also a vacation rental. Perfect beach vacation!!

My husband and I visited this property for our wedding anniversary and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful and incredibly well-appointed. The walk to the beach is quiet and quick, and the beach is gorgeous. Connie is responsive and helpful- she responds extremely quickly and is so willing to help. We had an amazing week and we would highly recommend this property!!

This adorable 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect place for a couple's beach vacation!

We loved staying in Connie's cottage at Seagrove Beach! She is the perfect hostess, warm & friendly, and has provided everything you could possibly need for a trip to the beach. I love her eclectic decor and her art work that decorates the walls. The beach access at Eastern Lake is just a short walk away! We hope to be able to stay here again soon! Thanks, Connie!

Cottage Close to the Sea

My husband and I stayed in the 2 bedroom unit for three nights. The cottage is located at the end of a short road and is very private. Connie was very accommodating and allowed us to modify our reservation without incurring additional charges. She was also very helpful with local restaurant recommendations (note: if you go to Red Bar, bring cash as that is the only form of payment they accept - good food). The cottage was very clean and private. The short walk to the beach only took a couple of minutes and the beach wagon was a lifesaver for carrying chairs, umbrella etc. The beach is beautiful with wonderful white silky sand. This is a beautiful part of the Panhandle and I would highly recommend for couples or families.

Second time - Enjoyed ourselves again

This was our second time staying in this home. As before, it was a great experience. My wife and I stayed in the main house and our grown son stayed in the studio. Everyone had a great time. The house and studio are beautifully decorated and comfortable.They are also very well-maintained. We took our dog as well and she had a good time chasing little geckos around outside. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, very quiet neighborhood. It was a rainy period but we were able to get to the beach every day except one. The owner sent us clear instructions about the house as well as driving directions to the property. Highly recommended to couples, small dog owners or those traveling with a young adult who might want their own space.

Wanting to go back!

My husband and I returned home on Saturday from a wonderful vacation at Seagrove Beach. We loved staying in this cottage. It was more than adequate for the two of us. We enjoying having room to spread out a bit. I could find a spot for reading while my husband stretched out on the couch to watch TV. Everything in the house was clean and in good condition. I can't think of anything we needed that we didn't have. We loved the beachy atmosphere. This was our first trip to the Seagrove area. We enjoyed the other beach towns along 30A and found several good places to eat. It was especially nice to be able to walk to the beach in the evenings. During the day, we went to the Santa Clara/Bramble Grove Beach which was just down the road. Communicating with Connie in getting it all set up was easy and pleasant. I'll certainly recommend this property to anyone interested in going to the area.

My husband and I were in the area for a wedding and this rental was perfect for the weekend. As described, it offered a large refrigerator, hot plate, outside grill, microwave and coffee maker. Who could ask for more for a couple who loves to dine out! Speaking of dining out, the location is an easy drive to many excellent 30A restaurants. The layout is charming, as is the decorating. Upon entering the kitchen, one immediately feels relaxed, and it gets more cozy as one continues past the bathroom into the sleeping area with a bed with the most comfortable mattress. This rental was immaculate and the owner gave very concise directions for its use. Since we were busy with seeing the sights, eating out and attending wedding beach activities, we never used the beach area near this rental. This was also because the large outside deck in the well kept backyard, offered a delightful quiet spot to read and relax. We would definitely use this rental again.

Wonderful!!!

My girlfriend and I arrived at the property and were created by the owner. She was very kind and gave us information pertaining to the local area, shops, restaurants, and beaches. The exterior was well maintained and offered privacy. The interior was clean, beautifully decorated, and everything she described during our booking. There was also a number of books you could read.....Frank Sinatra's bio was the best. We had a wonderful time and will be back. It's perfect for a long weekend getaway, or a weekly vacation. One more thing needs to be noted. On Saturday we drove 20 minutes to Panama City Beach for some snorkeling. Later that afternoon we received a text from Connie that she had placed our towels and a pair of flip flops inside the exterior closet as so they didn't get wet from the rain that was coming through. We also left our hair dryer and my girlfriend's curling iron. Connie called us and confirmed this and sent them to us via USPS at no charge. She went above and beyond.
