"I LOVED staying here. It was super clean, cute and decorated beautifully. I loved the green accents and the black decor. I didn’t realize my room had a whole kitchenette which actually ended up being really helpful. The pool was the perfect temp and I loved the location to seaside beach. They even printed a card with little instructions on it for where to get to the public access. 10/10 recommend "

"We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed in the grassy court yard area. There was a sign, but you could not see it from the rental. A lady came and informed us that dogs weren’t allowed. We could easily let him out in a grassy area in the front of the unit though."

"The house was well equipped and clean. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. We had a great view of the beach because the lot in front of hasn’t built a house yet. A short and easy walk to the beach, even carrying a light weight backpack beach chair and beach bag. The beach isn’t overly crowded. The pool is small but very enjoyable to relax in. Would be perfect for little kids to play in. Short drive to surrounding restaurants."

"Very limited outside appeal. Maybe a nicer picnic/ grilling area, Also would benefit from a full length mirror in the unit; Besides that everything was excellent! Very nice quiet room with everything that you needed and a great AC unit. I would definitely come again."

"Some friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in beautiful 30A. Somehow the area exceeds the expectations you’ve already heard about 30A. The house itself was clean, everything worked, and the host was very responsive. The back deck was a perfect way to unwind after a beach day and the golf cart was SO fun to ride around in all the backroads of 30A there are to discover. Would absolutely book this place again."
