"FR Hotel is a solid choice if you go to Ibague. We were on the third floor, same as the spa and the restaurant, and it had a unique charm to it as i walked around. The room was as shown in Expedia's listing as "Premium Suite". High ceilings, tall doors to the patio which had a nice view of the mountains. ..."
