Located a 3-minute walk from Tamarit Beach, this 33-square-meter apartment is on the second floor of a building without an lift. It features a spacious bedroom with a 135-centimeter double bed, a built-in closet, a separate closet with drawers, and two nightstands with lamps. There is no balcony, but there is a rooftop terrace for hanging sheets to dry. The living room features a foam sofa bed with a slatted wooden frame, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a washing machine, electric heater, microwave, electric kettle, fans, HD TV, a full set of kitchenware, and cleaning supplies. There is a clothesline outside the dining room and on the rooftop terrace. Bedding is provided.<br>The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub and shower, bidet, etc. The views overlook the palm tree park and, in the distance, the flamingo nature reserve near Las Salinas. It is a quiet and safe location within a gated community featuring landscaped areas and a security guard. Tamarit Beach and Lissa Beach are a 3-minute walk away, as are the boardwalk and the main restaurants and cafés. During Holy Week and in the summer, there are small shops open right in the residential complex, but in the winter, local shops, cafés, bars, and a tobacco shop are about 100–150 metres away. Bus number 18 runs every hour and takes you to the city centre, about 1,500 metres away, where you’ll find other beaches, banks, a health centre, a museum, the municipal aquarium, the port, supermarkets, and traditional shops. <br>Near the apartment are the boardwalk, the Salt Museum, the natural park with a pier and picnic areas, and Las Salinas. <br>For a maximum of 3 people, based on square metres and the 2018 tourist rental law.
