🪬 Access to common areas — Wristband system

Upon checking in at the building’s front desk, each guest will receive an identification wristband (cost: $25.000 COP per person) valid for up to 7 days. This wristband is required to access the building’s amenities. Children under 8 years of age do not require a wristband.

Pool, 16th Floor: Every Wednesday · 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (no access)

⚠️ Important restrictions:

Access to the wet areas on the 16th floor (spa pool, sauna, and Turkish bath) is for adults only.
Entry while under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed in common areas.
Management reserves the right to restrict access in the event of overcrowding or failure to comply with community guidelines.

The property is located in the exclusive Delventto Building in Pozos Colorados, one of the most peaceful and exclusive areas of Santa Marta. Just a few minutes from the airport and with easy access via the Troncal del Caribe highway, it’s ideal for business trips or extended stays surrounded by the ocean. Nearby, you’ll find Cabo Tortuga, uncrowded beaches, and numerous trails to explore the Santa Marta coastline.
