At the front desk upon check-in, you must pay the registration fee per person, which is 55,000 COP for the entire stay and is not included in the accommodation rate. (This fee is not included in Airbnb rates because it is collected directly by the building.)

All guests who are residents of Colombia will be asked, via Airbnb Chat or at the front desk, to provide a physical copy of an official government-issued ID. (Citizenship Card, Driver’s Licence, ID Card, Civil Registry Certificate).

It is important that this information be provided at least 24 hours before check-in, as pre-registration is required at the building’s front desk. If this information is not provided, you will not be allowed to enter the property.

If you are a foreign national, you must present a VISA or PASSPORT with a Colombian immigration stamp proving your legal stay in the country.
If you fail to present this documentation, you will not be allowed to enter the accommodation, and the penalties established by Airbnb for that property will apply.
