We spent 7 days in this hotel. We dealt with 5 employees, including one that was a temporary employee, Orlando, Fredy, Sol, and Paola? were extraordinary and dedicated to the customers. Luis seemed to be there just because he had to. Its an old hotel but Seño Sol makes an effort to keep it clean and organized, she also spoiled us with the food. There is a zone that looks rough close to the hotel so we just avoided, but across the street, there is a small beach and a nkce area to eat something light. Also, boats to go on tours or diving and an area to walk and/or exercise.

La atención y el servicio fue excelente. Está ubicada en un lugar bien céntrico de la zona histórica frente al malecón. Es un hotel bien sencillo pero cómodo y el personal es bien amable. Algo a mejorar es recoger la parte trasera de la oficina donde hay ubicado unas cajas frente a varias habitaciones y no se ve bien. Gracias Luis por las conversaciones que tuvimos.

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí. No es un hotel lujoso con muchas comodidades ni adiciones pero es perfecto para llegar a descansar. El personal es muy amable y atento lo que para nosotros hace la diferencia. Las habitaciones son limpias y de tamaño adecuado. El desayuno es bueno. En general lo que recibimos de este hotel es mucho mas denlo que esperamos por el precio.

El hotel queda exactamente al frente de la playa, el desayuno es delicioso tienen una o dos opciones diarias pero es fresco y rico. lo que no me gusto, el hotel realiza limpieza diaria (cambio de sabanas, toallas, recogida de basura) pero duramos 4 dias y no lavaron el inodoro. su gente es muy amable y la habitacion se muestra tal cual aparece en la foto. para finalizar ten pendiente y/o preguntar al hotel si el valor de la habitacion que rentaste incluye el iva, por que para nosotros no lo incluía y tuvimos que pagar dinero de más en el hotel. para cubrir el impuesto iva.

Perfect for a few days in Santa Marta

Nice stay with great breakfast direct at the beach of Santa Maria and close to city center. Staff was very nice and welcoming and took good care of us. Room was clean and good value for money.

Aceptable y céntrico

El hotel es viejo, no está en el mejor estado. Tuvimos que pedir que fumigaran porque había muchos insectos pululando en el piso. La ventana no cerraba bien y daba a la calle, sin barrotes protectores por fuera. Las fotos que aparecen del hotel son seguro de hace varios años. Está al inicio del malecón y muy cerca del centro, así que pornubicacion no tuvimos problema. La amabilidad del personal subsana las carencias en cuanto a mantenimiento, pero si le hace falta una buena modernización.

Superbe localisation et agréable avec les enfants!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à Santa Marta! L'hôtel est bien situé dans le quartier Miraflorès. Il y a une jolie terrasse au centre du bâtiment que l'ont peut utiliser. La localisation est excellente. Juste à l'écart du bruit, mais à deux pas du Parque Simon Bolivar, des mangues fraîches, de la plage, d'un excellent restaurant colombien et à 5 minutes du quartier historique! La plage est définitivement moins belles qu'à Rodadero- un autre quartier (15 minutes de taxi | 12 000 Cop ou 6$), mais c'est plus intéressant et agréable pour se promener. Comme il y a de nombreuses plages intéressantes à visiter dans les environs et des excursions à faire (café, oiseaux, chocolats, etc.), c'est un excellent endroit pour loger. De plus, la cuisinière est super et fait des miracles pour les enfants difficiles... ça n'a pas de pris ça!

Excellent Cheap Option in Santa Marta

The neighbohood was a bit scary. They also had several problems with power outages and hst to reset the a.c. and Wi-Fi every time. Staff was friendly snd tried to help.
