The primary bedroom offers a cozy double bed with an ensuite, and the second includes bunk beds with a sofa bed in the living room. Near shopping centers and transportation.
The space
Brand new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Main bedroom has a private restroom and a queen sized bed. Secondary bedroom used to be a studio so it does not have a door. This secondary bedroom has bunk beds.

Comfy sofa bed available in the living room. It turns into a double bed.

You can use all amenities in the building; pool, bbq, sauna, ping pong table, theater, and more.

Property is 5 mins away from the beach, malls, shopping centers, and transportation.
Guest access
Key card will be provided to enter the apartment and turn on the lights and AC. If the key card is lost, you will have to pay a $80,000 COP fee to replace it.
Let me know if you lost it, so I can get the locksmith to bring in a new one asap.
Other things to note
WiFi is only available in the common areas/amenities. As it is a new building; the WiFi wiring will be installed in January for all apartments.
