The following is what I discovered having never visited this area before. No hot water, bugs inside and out, a/c only in the bedrooms and turns off when key card is removed when you leave the apartment. The ceiling fan would be nice except it has a very bad squeak with every revolution. No view of ocean from this apartment. Comfortable beds. close to the beach. security at entry is very friendly and do a good job. The stay was reletively good with the above issues. Also very spacious.
