Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the central pool, rooftop with Cathedral views, BBQ area, library, social spaces, and fully equipped kitchen. The house features independent access with a smart lock and key box, allowing full autonomy during your stay.

Out of respect for neighbors, loud music is not allowed, especially in the pool area. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged upon request, as well as breakfast assistance. All communication is handled via chat, where our team responds promptly. With over 15 years of hospitality experience, we provide a warm, professional service to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.

By booking, you agree to these rules. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your stay please let us know of any issue before check out. Only registered guests are allowed; no visitors permitted. Smoking indoors is prohibited (terraces only, $250,000 COP fine). No trash throwing. Zero tolerance for noise, parties, over occupancy, or inappropriate behavior; violations may result in fines of up to 3x the booking value and immediate termination without refund. The main guest must be an adult and all occupants must be registered. Cancellations follow the active policy; no refunds for early departures, weather, or travel issues.

The location is ideal for exploring on foot. Taxis and private transportation are easily available, and the airport is about a 20 minute drive. You ll also have easy access to tours Tayrona and Minca.
