Beatriz was a great host. She was always available to answer all of our questions. The apartment was very nice but lacked a few things in the kitchen like spatulas, wooden cooking spoons, good cutting knives. This place was quiet and very well located near the metro and bus services!

The hotel is a gorgeous place and the location was excellent!!!! The room and facilities were exquisitely decorated and clean!!!! the entire staff was very friendly also the front desk, and restaurant staff including Lucia were amazing. We were even greeted by G Antonio, the owner. We highly recommend this place, thank you so much!!!!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms - the hotel was perfect. The rooftop bar was very nice, and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the property - getting to the property is a different story but that has to do with the inherited location - Porto - such a hilly and old city - very narrow roads, not accessible by car.

Hotel sencillo y cómodo, en buena ubicación en El Centro de Oporto, con personal atento y muy agradable.

Really enjoyed the communal amenities, including the rooftop bar & pool which had a great view. Both the room & bathroom were spacious and clean, although a little sparsely furnished. The toiletries did smell great though! The location is fairly central, and you can walk to most tourist attractions within 20 mins.
