L'hotel Cylentos mi ha cancellato la prenotazione per la notte del 22 Giugno lo stesso giorno del check in procurandomi non pochi disagi dal momento che ero gia' in viaggio in autostrada quando un operatore di Expedia mi ha chiamato per informarmi di cio'. Il motivo della cancellazione della prenotazione e' dovuto al fatto che la struttura ha decretato che avessi prenotato la stanza sul portale di Expedia ad un prezzo per loro ritenuto troppo basso e non per il fatto che non ci fosse disponibilita' di stanze.(Nelle ore successive alla la cancellazione della prenotazione trovavo stanze disponibili da prenotare online all'Hotel Cylentos su vari portali online per la stessa notte del 22 Giugno a molto di piu' di quanto avessi pagato con Expedia). Per fortuna gli operatori di Expedia sono stati molto gentili e professionali a propormi una sistemazione alternativa in un'altra localita di mare. Reputo altamente scorretta la cancellazione di una prenotazione lo stesso giorno del check in per motivi strettamente economici il che mi porta per la prima volta a giudicare una struttura alberghiera senza averci soggiornato.

Struttura molto confortevole a Santa Marina, tra Policastro e Scario. Vicina alla spiaggia e pulita, offre un' ottima colazione a buffet e delle camere in cui non manca niente. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso qui un soggiorno molto piacevole. Assolutamente consigliata!

Hotel bien mais fausse représentation de la plage

L'hôtel est bien, le dejeuner est de base, le service même si seulement en Italien est bien. Pour moi il n'y a qu'un enjeu et qui selon moi est de fausse représentation... la plage sur hotel.com les 3 premières photos sont d'une magnifique plage cette plage est a 10min de taxi + 1h de bateau + 45 min de randonnée en montagne. La plage Copa Bianca existe mais elle ne devrait pas être sur le site de L'hôtel encore moins comme première photo. Il y a 2 plage publique a distance de marche de l'hôtel par contre c'est des plages qui n'ont rien a voir avec les 3 photos utilisés sur hotel.com Je trouve cela mal honnête de mettre ces photos pour faire de la pub pour l'hôtel. Nous avons aimé notre séjour, avec une voiture l'hôtel est bien, mais si vous êtes a pied vous ne devriez pas le considérer. Si c'est la photo de la plage qui vous attire, prévoyez une journée pour aller la visiter.
