I was visiting Buenos Aires for two weeks, the room was cleaned properly every day, the housekeeping team is excellent, the breakfast team is a small staff but everything is impeccable.

Excelente hotel. Suite Park vale a estadia Café da manhã muito bom. Localização perfeita. Lindo jardim.

Overall hotel is okay , nothing was great or particularly bad . The staff were nice , the place was clean, the room was clean , bed comfortable , shower was great . The criticism : Room small , breakfast was mediocre with 4 options , the heat is on central for whole property and room was miserably hot had to open my window and listen to street noise all night to get some air , they won’t let your friend stop by your room with you if not listed on check in , and the most annnoying I haven’t seen in any other hotel is that you have to buzz a button at front door to get in EVERY time then wait for the front staff who sees you in camera to ask over speaker how they can help you and then buzz you in . Forgot your jacket buzz the button , drop off some shopping bags buzz the button , go to dinner and come back buzz the button. How about installing a card access ?! A friend stayed in a nearby Airbnb for 1/3 price in a modern place with larger room. I’d rather go that route next time .

Pool was out. Spa is below average.
