"The staff were well educated about the property and provided lots of information. Mario and Leon from the bar were great. The General Manager (forgot his name) was also very helpful. The girl who checked us in and all the staff were professional, helpful and always available. The entire property was truly amazing. Words can't describe the beauty and character of it. "Gemma the owner was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel welcome. We stayed had to mom‘s place which was a very quiet house on the hill with a beautiful view. The temperature outside was 24 at night when it was 32 in Verona everything was wonderful. The mom was a darling. We were so lucky to find that place. We will be back for sure. I’ll give it 10 out of 10."

"Tutto poteva essere ok. Ma 65 euro di spese accessorie ( pulizia camera) mi sembra eccessivo e soprattutto non era nella polyce evidenziata nel criterio di ricerca. ps: c’era scritto che tutto era compreso nel prezzo ad eccezione della tassa di soggiorno di 10 euro. "
