The dependance of Villa Vernaschi, 55 m2 tailored to the needs of a couple on holiday, alone or with a child
The living room and kitchen occupy 20 m2, and tasteful furnishings in refined materials are complemented by modern conveniences: dishwasher and oven - both electric and microwave -, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster.
The retro-style room is spacious and well lit. A functional bathroom with shower completes the annex.
A private porch allows guests to enjoy lunches or dinners in company in complete serenity.
In addition to the large swimming pool with solarium equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers, there is a football pitch and a large patio with a wood-burning oven and barbecue for al fresco dining while enjoying the garden and the view.

Villa vernaschi has a state-of-the-art wifi system but being located in the open countryside, connectivity may not be 100% functional (so far this has happened rarely and only in bad weather). The non-functioning of the connection does not depend on us but directly on the service provider and the state.

It is not possible to move beds from one room to another, this can damage doors and walls, the arrangement of the beds in the rooms is the original one found in the description

Schöne Unterkunft in herrlicher Alleinlage
Moderne, neuwertige, saubere und geschmackvolle Austattung. Wir waren zu dritt da und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Tolle Aussicht in schöne Landschaft. Der Pool und die gesamte Anlage sind auch sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Marken zu erkunden. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt in nahegelegenen Dorf.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Questo appartamento è il gioiello della Villa, diviso dagli altri 4, più piccolo.
Noi eravamo in 3 ed era perfetto. Completo di tutto. Spazio esterno e piscina molto grandi. Tutto arredato e posizionato con molta cura, pulizia massima

C è poco da dire, si descrive da sola.
Una villa molto ben curata, appartamenti nuovi e di lusso, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.
Durante il nostro soggiorno i 5 appartamenti erano occupati e nonostante questo non è mancata la nostra privacy. Il nostro appartamento era uno dei più piccoli.
La suddivisione degli spazi è perfetta.
Abbiamo cenato a bordo piscina e grazie a quello splendido forno e barbecue esterno ci siamo fatti un'ottima pizza .
La posizione della Villa è ideale per visitare le Marche, circa 30 minuti dal mare e dalle montagne.
Torneremo
