"It was overall an amazing experience. We enjoyed the location of the apartment as it's in the city centre, not very good to find parking though. The apartment was very clean and new, the sofa bed felt like a new bed, and all utilities were provided. A clear explanation was given by the agency and we had an additional paper giving us all the information. Wifi is very good, and a bottle of Nero d'Avola was offered as well as water and tea. "Entrance to the building left a lot to be desired. Scruffy, peeling paint where there was some, broken marble steps on staircase, broken handrail. Through the door into our accommodation it all changed.Nicely decorated and furnished. Into our lovely spacious room with balcony. Nicely decorated. Bathroom was very tiny. One large wardrobe with 3 hangers! No drawers. Had to search shops to purchase an adapter as UK one was not compatible. Bit stressful. Appears the property has the old socket...

"Location fantastica così come il paese in cui si trova a due passi dall’Etna. Hotel bello e confortevole arredato con gusto e semplicità, camere spaziose con letto comodissimo e bagno grande e ben accessoriato. "We stayed here the night befor flying back to the US. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and they had a bar open during the day, as well as a dining room for dinner, and our rate included breakfast (although we had to skip breakfast to catch our early flight.) Only took about 30 minutes to Catania airport. Good alternative to staying in Catania."

Easy 15 minute walk to the heart of the old town. The parking is limited so we would advise making arrangements with the hotel before arriving to make sure that space is reserved. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended."

"We had the most beautiful stay at Hotel Villa Belvedere. We arrived late in the day after missing a flight. They had a concierge outside waiting to meet us and valet our car. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of wine and shown to our beautiful room. The rooms were comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The pool area was gorgeous and the sun loungers were comfortable. The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was lovely. Breakfast had a generous spread. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. We would return here again and again. You will love your stay!"
