Staff is very friendly, they are great at providing whatever you need and the property is very clean. It has a private beach so no crowds and a nice swimming pool. Definitely coming back! "This is a great property...... many Canadian people stay here..... They all come back year after year. Everything is right there.... Beach club on santa cruz Beach with a shuttle that we could never manage to catch.... we just took a cab for 35 pesos instead. Very fun place to stay. Would highly recommend. "

"It’s a really nice place to stay. The food was pretty good in the buffet. If you arrive early, they will let you hang around, but they won’t give you a bracelet to use the facilities, which was a bit frustrating. We traveled all night, got there at about 10 am, and they said we couldn’t have bracelets until 12:30. The place doesn’t have a way to pay other than all-inclusive, so we had to just go waste time for 2.5 hours. It was a bad first impression. I mean, how much of the breakfast buffet...

"the property was nice, but a bit dated; they were doing some construction during our stay. A few updates will make this place perfect and it seems as though they are already working on it! The food was great at the restaurants we visited. the staff was very kind and did a good job with our group of ten. the beach was beautiful but supposedly dangerous to swim in because of the current so i would recommend planning on seeing other nearby beaches. the pools and showers are great if you dont plan on seeing other areas in hualtulcos. "
