"This is the cleanest resort I’ve been to. We made many wonderful acquaintances with staff. In the lounge Herman and Adelina, pool bar Alvaro, premium lounge Adelpha and many more. Service is excellent and always with a smile. The buffets could be a bit hotter for sure but restaurants are excellent. "

"Rooms were regularly and meticulously cleaned. All the staff, from cleaning to front desk to food service were helpful and polite. English is spoken at the front desk quite well. The rest of the staff will always try to speak English with varying levels of success. If you choose to stay here book all your activities through Oscar Garcia! He was delightful to work with, and personally helped us out of a tight spot. He is often cheaper than booking online. "
