"The office staff would constantly turn the air conditioning system off without telling us. The TV volume did not work, and office/cleaning crew would constantly want to count our room towels. On the positive side, the pool was kept to high standards and the pool staff was friendly so was the overnight office staff. I will not stay there again for sure! "
