"Pros: Kitchen was well equipped, good air conditioning in every room, the beds were really comfortable which is a bonus when sleeping somewhere different. Cons: Unable to drink around the pool area, Could have done with plastic beakers. Can’t really fault anything else The house is close to a road and on the flight path of the airport, however neither of these spoilt our stay."

"This is the second time we’ve stayed. It feels like home away from home. The villa is extremely relaxing and has so much to enjoy and explore bunyola is a very short drive (a few mins) or 30/40min walk. It has a few local shops and some lovely places to eat and drink. Very friendly locals. It’s a great location to get to many other places by car."

"Pros: Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben und mehrmals mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten beschenkt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die zentrale Lage in der Inselmitte ist optimal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Cons: Wir waren drei Wochen dort, der Pool wurde in dieser Zeit nur einmal gereinigt. Er war jetzt nicht total dreckig, aber ein- bis zweimal mehr hätte er gereinigt werden dürfen."

"Pros: Wow! Our time here was amazing! When we arrived we met the host, Joan, who was incredibly welcoming. He gave us a tour of the house and showed us how everything worked, as well as giving us tips about things to do in Mallorca. The house itself was wonderful. It is so well decorated and had everything that we needed during our stay. The outdoor space was amazing as well. We loved using the pool to cool down after a hot day exploring the island. "Pros: Viel Platz und sehr schön eingerichtet, eigener Parkplatz, sehr ruhige Lage, Lädt ein die ganze Insel zu bereisen, sehr schöne außenanlage, Cons: Küche ist sehr Spartanisch ausgestattet, das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen"

"The villa could be a treasure for its place, its pool and conception. However we had many issues in it. Keylocker gave us keys with one key broken in the door. Then the swimming pool was not clean and even if we talked with homerti immediately about it we needed to wait 5 days to have it cleaned. A shame when the rent is only for 7 days. Homerti only make the motors run for 8h per day which is not enough for a pool during august! And no refund proposed by them!"

"Beautiful, scenic Villa. Excellent facilities including pool. Large rooms and many bathrooms. Excellent Location - just off the main highway Ma-13 so easy to access and only a 2/3 minute drive to the town of Inca. Villa located in the middle of the island so perfect for exploring all corners and only a 30 min drive to the main town of Palma. Best place we have stayed in Majorca. will definitely book again!"
