"Make sure you specify you want an room on the second floor or above. Ground floor is where I stayed...in a handicap accessible room. The furniture was outdated and there were functions that did not work in the room. I normally stay on the upper floors in a non accessible room so this review is overall."

"Wonderful place! Staff super nice! Very dog friendly and rooms had everything that you need. The best location in Pismo, 5 minute walk to town and right on the beach. I loved the pool too! Perfect temperature and large enough to do laps."

"We were a little apprehensive about staying at a different hotel than usual but were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, and roomy enough for the two of us. The place was quiet and the breakfast was actually good. The coffee was fresh and hot which is one of my wife's requisites for breakfast, the eggs as stated in the hotel description are real eggs and the pastries were fresh and delicious. Our coffee maker in our room did not work but we called the desk and they offered to send someone right away but we declined because it was late when we realized it did not work. The only negative issue for us was we are used to sleeping on a firm mattress and that was slightly discomforting for us, but would not deter us from staying here again. The best things were the cleanliness, the quiet, the location, the more than decent coffee compared to even other restaurants. Overall all we really loved our stay here."
