Waking up to the sound of the waves becomes a reality in this spectacular flat overlooking the Mediterranean. With direct access to the sea, it is ideal for 4 guests who want to enjoy a quiet holiday in Son Serra de Marina, in the north of Mallorca.



Starting the day in the best way, with breakfast on the terrace with unobstructed views to the sea and the mountains, then a refreshing dip - that could be your day to day life in this flat. In Son Serra de Marina you will find a small supermarket, a beach bar, a sandy beach and some good restaurants. Along the coast you can take long walks, exploring unspoilt coves until you reach the village of Can Picafort. There you will find large supermarkets, more restaurants and services. If you like sport, at Rancho Grande you can go horse riding and enjoy excursions on the beach. Further east is the picturesque village of Artà and Capdepera; the latter is famous for its castle and the medieval fair, which takes place in May. In the evening you can end the day with a rich barbecue with your loved ones.



The one-storey flat is decorated in a Mediterranean style and has large windows overlooking the sea. The air-conditioned living-dining room is the perfect place for great evenings. The kitchen offers good equipment to prepare your breakfast and favourite dishes, including an oven, nespresso coffee machine, induction hob and toaster, among other things. There is a choice of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a trundle bed, ideal for 2 children. The bedroom with double bed has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. There is another bathroom with bathtub. WIFI and electric radiators are available. If you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and high chair on request.



Please note



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. Payment is to be made in cash on the day of arrival.

Tolle Lage am Meer

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Die Sandstrände kann man zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Auch für Wanderungen hat das Haus eine gute Ausgangslage. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir kamen erst in der Nacht an und man hatte uns schon das Außenlicht angemacht und die Räume vorgeheizt. Der einzige negative Punkt für uns war die Spülmaschine, die wir wegen des verrosteten Zustands lieber nicht benutzt haben. Ansonsten alles top!

Familienurlaub

Das in die Jahre gekommene Häuschen hat einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer, liegt aber immer im Schatten. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist gut, allerdings auch schon älter. Die Spülmaschine ist im Inneren rostig. Die Badezimmern abgelebt, der Duschvorhang vergilbt. Die Schränke in den Schlafzimmern riechen modrig. In der Küche bröckelt die Farbe von der Decke. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine Renovierung würde nicht schaden.
