Villa Santa Eulalia with private Pool, A/C and garden
Villa of 250 m² on a closed plot of 7103 m² with 5 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, laundry, closed porch and large terraces. First floor: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with TV-satelite with access to the outside. Upper floor: Master bedroom with double bed, large en-suite bathroom, dressing room and private terrace. 2 double bedrooms (from the first one you can access the second one) and two terraces. Internet WiFi throughout the house and in outdoor areas. Large covered terrace surrounding the house and air-conditioned porch with double glazing. Extensive gardens with children's area. Wooden barbecue. Fenced area with wooden fences including: main pool of 9x4 m, slide, children's pool of 1.5 x1.5 m, wooden pergola with garden furniture, sun loungers and artificial grass area of 2x3 m with children's house. There is a separate fenced plot of land with several animals: chickens, ducks, geese, sheep and Laly, our friendly pony: a paradise for children!
The finca of Sta. Eulalia is located in the north of Mallorca, in a rural, quiet area, about 4 km from the tourist center of Can Picafort and its long sandy beaches. It is perfectly accessible by an asphalted road and has excellent communication through the main regional roads.
Highly recommended for families and lovers of rural life who are looking for the comforts of a modern life, being close to the beach.

Just 4 km away is the tourist town of Can Picarfort, located in the Bay of Alcudia, with a wide range of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a variety of stores, local markets, marina, medical center, pharmacies, etc.. In Can Picafort you can enjoy wonderful sandy beaches and also rocky areas suitable for swimming.
About 5 km away is the village of Santa Margalida, which gives its name to the municipality, with its traditional weekly market, the church located at the top of the village and its typical festivities of La Beata, in early September.
At about 6 km you can find the unspoilt beaches of Son Real, with the possibility of long walks in the area, well known for its archaeological sites.
About 8 km away is the quiet town of Son Serra de Marina, with great beaches, especially recommended for lovers of surfing or kite-surfing. The finca is located very close to the famous Albufera de Alcudia Natural Park, an ideal place for nature lovers.
Enjoy a rural stay, with the tranquility offered by the countryside and a few kilometers from the fantastic beaches of the Bay of Alcudia and its wide range of tourist attractions.

Wunderschöne Finca mit schönen Zimmern und viel Platz im Aussenbereich
Pros: Pool mit Liegebereichen und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.
Die Tiere in den angrenzenden Gehegen.
Der freundliche Empfang und die Betreuung von Natali.
Im den Zimmern und der Küche war alles komplett vorhanden.

Es war mit dieser Finca rundum ein perfekter Urlaub.
Pros: Die Lage und Austattung der Finca wie z.B. der Pool und die Tiere, die Strandnähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Natalie war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Gerne jederzeit wieder.
Cons: Für uns gibt es keine Negativen Aspekte.
