Can Susacasa is a two-story stone country house, ideal for those looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy complete tranquility.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (190x150 cm), a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with large windows. The spacious living room includes two double sofa beds. On the upper floor, there is a living room with a large sofa, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a 190x200 cm bed. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning (heat pump), a Smart TV, Internet access, and a self-sustaining system featuring solar panels, batteries, and a backup generator.

Outside, the 14,200 m² property is fully fenced. The house is surrounded by walkable terraces, with stairs leading to the recreation area where you’ll find an impressive 10x4 m pool with a whirlpool, a sun deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a barbecue area with a pergola, tables, and benches for enjoying the outdoors.

The setting is truly exceptional: clear skies for stargazing, sunsets that paint the mountains pink, and moonlit nights with the moon peeking out from between the hills. We even have a small telescope for observing planets and constellations. The house is a 5-minute drive from Santa Margalida and 10 minutes from beaches such as Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina, and Muro. Golf courses such as Aucanada and Canyamel are about 20 minutes away. The international airport is 45 minutes away.

The house’s security system includes motion-activated cameras in common areas (living room, kitchen, and staircase). These can be kept active using the remote control or turned off according to the guest’s preference. Activating them implies voluntary acceptance with no grounds for subsequent complaints, as this is communicated in advance.

The property is located in an authentically Mallorcan area, surrounded by nature and far from other buildings. It is common to see animals on neighbouring properties, such as cats, which we ask you not to feed. Access to the house is via an electric gate, and bedding, towels, a full set of kitchenware, and everything needed for a comfortable stay are included.

It’s an ideal place for those who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday without the hustle and bustle or heavy traffic on the streets. The sunsets bathe the mountains in various shades of pink, and the sunrises are breathtaking; and the stars at night are clearly visible due to the absence of light pollution. On moonlit nights, you can see the moon rising between the mountains. The house is surrounded by walkable terraces with stairs leading down to the recreation area at the back, which features an impressive 10 x 4 m pool with a bubble jacuzzi. Adjacent to the terraces is a solarium with lounge chairs and fabric umbrellas, as well as a barbecue area with tables, benches, and pergolas, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere and the views of the surrounding area. The house is equipped with a SECURITY system featuring motion detectors with cameras inside the home in common areas—specifically in the living room, the kitchen, and on the staircase leading to the ground floor. These motion detectors can be covered with adhesive tape if you do not wish to keep the security system active. We understand that guests may wish to maintain their privacy; by deactivating the motion detectors or accepting this condition when booking the rental, you acknowledge that you agree to this option and waive any right to file a complaint or cancel the reservation, as you have been notified in advance. For further clarification, these motion detectors take photos controlled by the TRABLISA security system in the event of intruders, provided that the motion detectors are activated using the remote control provided to the guest. The house is equipped with 4 air conditioning units and a heat pump; 1 Smart TV with internet access and 1 TV with a Xiaomi connection in the living room, as well as bedding and towels, in addition to the necessary dishes, silverware, and kitchenware for cooking.
