We have stayed here previously so when we arrived we were suprised and disappointed to learn that the reception was only manned between 8 and 4. Upon arrival we had to ring a number to then be told that there was problem with the booking and we were allocated another room which was significantly smaller than the one I had paid for. The receptionist the next morning then went in to tell me that it was a problem with the shower not the booking ! The problem was eventually resolved and we moved into the room we had booked the next day. There is also no roof top bar/music any longer so the description is inaccurate. The hotel was however cleaned daily and the staff were polite

Excellent holiday hotel and location
This boutique hotel has excellent facilities and is located by the marina, which is a quieter area within Can Picafort. We upgraded to a junior suite and half board. We were never disappointed by the vast selection of food at breakfast and the 3 course dinner afforded a choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts. Staff within the hotel were very accommodating and the staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. I went on holiday with my best friend for 1 week and we would stay at this hotel again

Gorgeous boutique hotel perfect for a luxury break
Stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my partners 30th birthday. We loved it from start to finish. We arrived late when we go there the lady in reception welcomed us with a drink of our choice and also with us staying in a splendit suite (which I would totally recommend) we got to chose our pillow and also room scent which was a lovely touch! The rooms are lovely very clean and we even had a bottle of wine and a fruit platter (I messaged the hotel before to say we were celebrating 30th birthday) I was very pleased that they remembered. The fridge was also filled with water and cans of pop which you could help yourself to! Having the jacuzzi and bed was a lovely touch made the holiday feel very relaxing. We had a lovely view over looking the port and beach! The bars and restaurants are all a close walk by and there’s so many places to choose from! The hotel breakfast in the restaurant just around the corner was brilliant! Continental but plenty of choice bread/yoghurt/fruit/cereal/Spanish omelette/cheese you could also ask for things cooking in the kitchen bacon/beans/eggs etc. So plenty of choice for everyone. Overall a brilliant stay at som llaut we enjoyed it from start to finish! Would defo come back!

Smelly, Loud Old Building, Weak CustomerCare
Unbearable stench of mildew in the first room. A night-long symphony of mechanical clanking in the walls in our second room (every 15 minutes, bam! No joke). Had to beg and plead for the room changes just to get a decent sleep. WiFi didn't always work well. Breakfast closes too early. Towel Service was nice and the staff made an effort for the most part. The lack of maintenance of the core infrastructure in the building is the biggest problem.
