On the first floor above the living room there is a 14 m2 gallery with a double sofa bed, toilet and a terrace with a marble table and views of the sea and mountains. The garden area goes around the house. The holiday home is situated about 700 metres from the beach and near restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. In this house youth groups  not are only allowed on request.
