For your comfort and privacy, please note that the only shared areas between Aqua Bella 1 and Aqua Bella 2 are:

If no guests are staying at the other villa during your visit, you and your family will enjoy exclusive access to the pool, laundry room, and all common outdoor spaces for the duration of your stay.

For guests seeking complete privacy during their stay, we offer an Exclusive Access Upgrade. This option allows you to secure exclusive access to all amenities and the entire gated lot by having us block the calendar for the other Aqua Bella property for the duration of your reservation.

Once you receive your door code & you're checked in and can go directly to the condo. This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up. There is no towel service. The towels provided are yours through your stay.
