Staff was really welcoming and friendly; accommodating to my little, senior canine; bed really comfortable and well-equipped for remote work while traveling

The room was clean and as advertised. It was slightly smaller than expected but fine. Virtual check in was a little annoying just because the internet took a long time and we were checking in late and it didn't feel completely safe standing out there, but overall it was fine.

Unique with a simple check-in process nice layout in rooms a room. I love the free water and coffee from 6am-1pm.

Great property and location. Very well staffed with high quality people. Penthouse restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and cocktails and food are very nice. My overall start was excellent. Only thing I would caution people about are the extra fees. There is a $40/day “amenity fee” which was not explained at check-in. This is added to your bill regardless if you use any amenities. Also, parking is expensive. $68/day. Other than that, very nice place.

My stay was decent. I think my experience would have been different ultimately had the 3 people working the front desk were friendly and helpful and not rude. I will never stay here again. Period.
