Enjoy the peace and quiet of this spacious property near Downtown/Railyard, located at the end of a cul de sac. This double adobe house is over a century old and has Minisplit AC. It has 2000 sq feet of indoor space and 700 sq feet of covered portal. It features two sets of washer/dryer, a full kitchen with dining area, and a kitchenette with air fryer. There are two living rooms and multiple outdoor spaces with dining/coffee tables. The property also has a fenced dog run and a large yard with secure parking. The bathrooms are one simple and one deluxe, with a double shower. Experience the Santa Fe lifestyle in the heart of the city, close to Railyard, Plaza, restaurants, train stations, farmers market, and galleries.
This property is ideal for outdoor lovers, as it has a lot of outdoor space, including a 700 sq feet portal that serves as a semi living area. It has a dining table, an outdoor workspace, and plenty of seating. It is private and cozy. The interior is divided into two sections, like a duplex. The smaller section is about 750 sq feet and has one bedroom with an attached bathroom. It has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a rocking chair. It also has a small living/dining room with a kitchenette. It has its own entrance and outdoor space with a coffee table and a dining table. The utility area in this section has a full size washer/dryer. Next to the bedroom is a dedicated workspace that leads to the enclosed dog run. The larger section of the duplex has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, an electric stove, a fridge, and a small dining table. The living room is big and has a twin bed, a sofa bed, a 50 inch TV, and a coffee table. There is also a dedicated workspace with a printer. Bedroom 2 has a sofa and a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and a rocking chair. The bathroom for this section is luxurious, with a double vanity and a double shower in a custom built shower stall. Next to this bathroom is a compact washer/dryer, in addition to the full size one in the other section. One of the bedrooms (bedroom 2) opens to the kitchen with only a curtain, not a door. This is an old house, so it may not suit everyone’s taste, but it has a lot of charm and character. The photos are not professional, just taken with a basic iPhone, to show the property as it is. Please note that this is a one level property, but it has some steps and uneven surfaces. This is not a luxury property, but a modest and functional one. If you are looking for luxury, please look elsewhere. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and guests are expected to respect that.

Walking distance to many Santa Fe favorites!
Our group of three friends stayed at this rustic adobe house for a long weekend in March, it was the perfect centralized location as a jumping off point for our touristy adventures. The historic southwest duplex that had been merged into one large rambling home, is located at the end of dead end alley in a very quiet residential neighborhood. It’s walking distance to the weekend farmers market, art galleries and restaurants of the Railyard District. We didn’t use the kitchen while we were there (too many fabulous restaurants to try!), but it looked to be well-stocked with everything you would need for cooking. The separate mini-split wall heaters in each room allowed us to set the temperature in our own bedrooms and the gated driveway offered added security/privacy when we left the car at the house while we wandered the city on foot. Additionally, the beds were all comfortable, the house was clean and we appreciated the prompt communication with our host Krishna. Thanks for a great place to stay!
