We understand the confusion that arose, and I'm glad we were able to clarify and show you that the light fixture was new and fully functional. It's important to us that our guests have a well-lit and comfortable environment during their stay.Regarding the heater, during the warmer months, we typically do not activate the gas heaters for safety and to maintain a comfortable room temperature. However, we are always more than willing to accommodate any special requests, and if you'd preferred the heater on, we would have been happy to assist.Concerning the bugs, we have regular pest control services to ensure our rooms remain pest-free. While we make every effort to prevent unwanted critters, occasionally, nature finds its way inside, like an occasional spider. We apologize for any unease this may have caused you, and we'll continue our efforts to minimize such occurrences.Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. We genuinely hope that you'll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide a seamless and pleasant stay.Best,

Hi Christine,We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay here with us. In all rooms and in most hotels you will find it standard to have 2 towel sets in each room. Further the 2 water bottles in each room are complimentary for our guests. We also welcome requests for additional towels or other supplies. We also supply a luggage rack standard in each room. The particular room you stayed in also has a full walk in closet with racks which is much larger than you would find in chain hotels. Further your room featured 2 queen sized beds but with the added privacy of a door between them and is one of our most requested rooms.We hope you can have another experience with us and try one of our other rooms. Each room is quite unique with its own layout.We look forward to hosting you again and this time perhaps a happier outcome!

We acknowledge the idiosyncrasies that come with historic buildings, such as the door mechanisms. I regret that these nuances created inconvenience for you.Regarding the unfortunate incident with your car, I deeply empathize with your frustration. While we strive to provide a safe environment, it's unfortunate that some things are beyond our immediate control. I understand that cameras can be a crucial security feature, and we do have them on premise just not covering every inch of the building.I'm also sorry to hear about the WiFi; our guests typically find no issues with the complimentary amenity, which was functioning optimally during your stay. Nonetheless, your feedback on this is valuable and we will let guests know to contact us during their stay for support.Regarding the skylight, it's designed to enhance natural lighting, and we've taken measures to ensure privacy by usuing privacy glass, this is a popular feature in that guests will often request rooms with a skylight.
