Horse Ranch Casita is a small 700 sqft guest house, located on the South side of Santa Fe. This Santa Fe style casita has the perfect touch with beautiful ceiling vigas and plaster walls. Inside, guests find two cozy queen beds and a soothing space designed for relaxation. The home stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Located on a private property where you can relax from the city sound. The casita has a wide open area where you and your pet can enjoy some playtime. Plenty of parking space great for both small cars and big pick up trucks with trailers.

Guests can access the entire Casita, including the back yard which includes:
Grill (propane provided upon request)
Fire pit (firewood provided)
Outdoor dinning table
Extra chairs available for use as well.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you can gather all your trash in the kitchen trash bin. A bigger trash bin is located outside to the left of the casita in the backyard
Dishes: Please leave dishes washed/ drying. Beds: Don’t remove bedsheets. Do not start load. My housekeeper takes care of the beds and everything else.
Key: Lock front door and leave key in the same black mailbox in front of the casita, where the key was when you checkin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If you bring a pet, please dispose of their waste in the appropriate container outside the casita.
Also if you bring a pet, please don’t allow them to sleep on top of the beds or sofa.
If house rules are not followed there will be a penalty of $50 per violation.
