Perfect Spot

This property was in very good condition and accommodating for a group of 4. I absolutely loved that there were staff there to assist in the check in process. The home was the perfect size and felt like home.

Not what we were expecting

The property switched our unit a few weeks before our trip, but didn't update the check-in information, which made check-in confusing. While the unit they gave us was clean, it was definitely neglected, with a lot of broken furniture and kitchen items. The couch is broken and sags in the middle. The chairs were worn and unpleasant to sit in. A few of the dining chairs were broken. The bathroom was missing one of its sliding glass doors... and there were rocks in the fan vent. At least the beds were comfortable? We had to ask for an air mattress from the office since the listing mentioned an extra double bed, but it was nowhere in sight upon check in. Quite disappointing and will be asking for a partial refund. Location is good at least.
