Lovely View, Quiet and Relaxing

We had a great time at Fort Marcy. The location was wonderful. The complex is beautifully situated on top of a hill, and we had a lovely view from our balcony. It's a quiet relaxing space, and a short walk to downtown. Our boys loved the indoor pool too.

This property is centrally located but is actually a very restful and beautiful spot.

Nice place

Great location for access to skiing and to downtown. Wi-Fi access was intermittent but has been reported (suspect there is an equipment problem). Fold out sofa mattress was worn out and should be replaced (reported to staff). Pool hours are pretty limited (closes at 5:45pm) but there were not many tenants the weekend we were there? We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that need some attention, all of which have been reported.

The rental was cute and well decorated. However a some things need attention. The sofa bed mattress is a pile of springs and very uncomfortable. Someone else complained so I assumed it had been upgraded. Nope! I made the reservation for 6, but had to search for linens for the sofa bed. It was a cool weekend and the heat had to run continuously but it was never very warm, especially with tile floors. Also, one coffee filter was provided for a 5 day stay. Seriously, how much does a coffee filter cost…five cents?!? Also the pool closed at 5:45pm. We were hoping to swim in the evenings in our down time. Oh, and the tv wasn't working. However we made a call and had quick service in the morning to fix it. A lot of little things added up to become frustrating. Won't be returning.
