  • Experience country life in the heart of Santa Fe. There is blissful solitude about this classically designed home set against the natural landscape of pinon pine, wildflowers and distant mountain views. Wildlife abounds and the 2 acres of grounds are gated and fenced with a large entrance courtyard waiting for friends to gather. Although you may feel distant from the verve of Canyon Road and the Plaza you are just minutes away. Museum Hill and trailheads are up the road a bit so you are never at a loss for your next adventure.

    Casa Tatum, designed by one of Santa Fe's most respected architects, John Gaw Meem, reflects his Pueblo Revival architecture for which he is so well-known. The simple elegance of white plaster against the earthen adobe created the canvas for the authenticity of an excellent renovation.

    John Gaw Meem, had the foresight to put in place the design regulation for the city of Santa Fe which dictates the city landscape of today.
