Great place

It was very comfortable, clean and well spaced to spend time with friends. Arrival was as easy as typing a code at the door. Just not recomended for elder people because bathrooms are on the 2nd floor.

Mostly good

Good location a few blocks from downtown Santa Fe. Unit was spacious but lacked some essentials (ie laundry detergent) and could use a facelift (some stains on carpet, drawer missing part of bottom, no chair at desk, etc). Management was friendly and responsive.

Good place

Very well located for Ski Santa Fe. I did not liked that the hot tube closes at 5:45pm. By the time you finish skiing and lift closing at 4 and getting back is almos 5:20. Very little time to change close and get to the pool area. EVERYTHING ELSE was amazing. Good internet. All 3 tv worked with good channels to watch.

So-so

The check-in was very easy. The condo was nice but needs some updating. There was a gaping hole in the silverware drawer, I slid a box off the kitchen counter when we were loading to leave and a tile fell off of the counter edge. The bed in guest room upstairs was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, although the bed in master was comfortable. There were no washcloths in hall bath at all and only one in master bath. It actually wasn’t even a washcloth…it was a microfiber towel like you dust with. The property walkway had stones loose which will eventually lead to someone having an accident. I would not stay here again.

Christmas in Santa Fe

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was as pictured. Good beds, kitchen well equipped and TV in both bedrooms. Enjoyed the fireplace as well.

Problems

We enjoyed our stay and we like the Fort Marcy Resort. However, unfortunately, the property we rented was not up to par. There was mold both in the dishwasher and in the detergent tray for the clothes washer (housekeeping cleaned the dishwasher but they never came back to clean the clothes washer tray). Plus, the air-conditioning malfunctioned and shut off 3 times while we were in the unit (maintenance had to install 2 portable air-conditioners in the bedrooms but it took them 2 days to complete the installation). Communication and coordination with the property manager on resolving the problems was fairly ineffective and frustrating (2 out of the 3 problems remained unresolved during our stay).
