The open and light filled sunken living room features an inviting wood-burning fireplace and open dining area for spending quiet cozy mornings with your coffee and a good book with ample space for friends and family dinners.

The spacious patio features dining and seating areas for al fresco entertaining, apres-ski and family dinners as well as a an outdoor grill. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets amid the hills and trees with your favorite beverage and breathe deep! It’s a perfect spot for relaxing after the day’s activities.
Head up the staircase to the well equipped kitchen with 2025 stainless appliances to create a quick snack or dinner. Open to the living area, stay connected and socialize. Directly across from the kitchen is the den area with a large smart TV & seating.
The spacious primary bedroom features en suite bath, king bed, smart TV, LED candlelit kiva, and opens out to a private patio perfect for morning meditation, yoga, soaking up the sun or relaxing with a coffee or glass of wine.
The sunny 2nd bedroom features a king bed and a desk to catch up on emails and work tasks.
This friendly community is situated on 95 acres with access to hiking trails, a seasonal community pool & a ping pong table. Fine dining and spa services are a 10 minute walk away at the Rancho Encantado Four Seasons Resort. Don’t miss the excellent happy hour held daily, Monday through Friday.
The village of Tesuque is a 5 minute drive for dining at the Tesuque Village Market (Daily Baked Goods, local NM fare & cocktails) or El Nido (American, Seafood & Sushi). Make your way to Santa Fe (15 minute drive) to experience the many festivals held year round, diverse art scene, stellar museums, shopping and dining. The renowned Santa Fe Opera is just across the highway and offers world-class seasonal performances.
