We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, enjoyed the fireplace, kitchens were well equipped. Very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros: Great location to walk to main shopping, Safe off street parking( overlooked feature with most listings), old adobe= quaint and unusual floor plan but it was OK, two kitchens with two refrigerators a bonus, good BBQ grill, very quiet location.
Cons: as constructive! Ants in kitchen, a few convenience items in kitchen would be helpful ie: minimal spices, saran wrap, a non stick fry pan, olive oil in the dispenser provided, cushions for patio chairs and landscape service to clean up tree debris.
Overall a nice quiet stay with close access to main Santa Fe. Neighborhood very quiet and was sooo pleased with the safe parking. I have had issues in Santa Fe with damage in exposed parking situations. I would book again.
We have used VRBO several times and this was obviously the best host/management experience. Very welcoming and user friendly. The property itself was elegant, comfortable, and in a great location. We'd stay here again!
Super clean, allows pets, completely fenced, great location, beautifully decorated. Amazing, easy communication with property management via text. Had wine, snacks, coffee for us.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The house is adorable, and very well-appointed. It’s actually larger than it looks in the pictures. The only thing that might be a little bit strange is the layout. If you’re staying in the back bedroom, you have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the rest of the house. But for most families, that’s not a problem at all. The location is perfect. It’s only a three minute drive to the Plaza! Five stars for us!
Walk to most things in downtown Santa Fe. Didn’t live the shotgun setup of the home having to pass thru the destroy to get to the other bedroom . Floors were super cold in the back of the house. Ants in the bathroom and small dining area in the kitchen.
Lovely property, but hosts are not hospitable or available
This is a lovely property, and I really enjoyed our stay here. However, I'd forgotten to read the small print, and the checkout time is a very, very early 10. a.m.
I asked for an additional hour on checkout day, especially given that the Santa Fe airport is under construction and a bit of a mess right now. I received a text telling me that wasn't possible, but to check back the day before I checked out. I did that, and never heard back from the owners or whoever is on the other end of the texts. It felt draconian and not hospitable.
I ended up checking out early this a.m. and waiting at a coffee shop, but at this price point, that feels like a ripoff. Also, it would have just been nice for them to actually reply to my text and say yes or no to my small request for an extra hour.
Great location in the heart of Santa Fe. Comfortable, clean house with good amenities
Nice house in a great location. Comfortable space for 2 couples and a friend. Pullout bed was comfortable. Kitchen is well sorted, only wish would be for a dishwasher and garbage disposal, lots of cleaning after thanksgiving dinner! Back yard is nice to sit and relax with the dog. Only gripe in the space is the old heaters are loud and the thermostats in opposite rooms from there the heater puts heat so doors had to remain open most of the time to move heat around. Great location!
Beautiful house - from the photos, we had expected it may be a little small, but the reality is that it’s very spacious. Very well equipped, and a terrific location - right by the heart of the Railway District, short walk to all other attractions. A fantastic area, would definitely recommend.
Great location and overall perfect set-up for a second family to join too:)

The location was excellent as we thought it would be.
The location was excellent as we thought it would be. The Railyard district is really wonderful. We had our two children join us and this layout was great as the back bedroom gave us the privacy to get up and talk in the morning without disturbing our kids.
