The location within Santa Fe was great, we were very close to many restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. This was so much more comfortable for two adults than a hotel room. The balcony area was great, we would end our days out there enjoying the sunset.

Huge condo with a cozy feel

We only got to spend one night due to our travel plans but I could see spending a week in Santa Fe at this location. Kitchen was well appointed living room was super cozy and the beds were divine

Great location

Clean, plenty of space and close to everything! Showers were hot, plenty of room. My only suggestion would be to make a fan available for use - the heating system runs so quietly, it was an adjustment not sleeping with any ambient noise. Would stay here again, absolutely!

Great location Property needs updating

The location was great, 10 minute walk to plaza. Some issues we faced were a broken a/c in one bedroom. Took 3 contacts with management until some came and confirmed it was broken.....Too late to call a repairman so they put a really noisy portable unit in for our last two nights. Another issue with the unit is the stairs are very steep and narrow. Anyone with any mobility issue should not stay here. Management and cleaning fees added 26% to the price so pay attention to the fees added on at checkout. My overall impression that the unit is ok but somewhat overpriced when all of the costs are considered.

Girls trip

So, a couple of things. This isn't a traditional property. This is Fort Marcy Hotel Suites. You're also told there's a swimming pool and hot tub, but not that they're only open until 545pm ( I was told this was because the office is only open until 6pm 🙄). The condo is ok, with some dips in the upstairs floor and some sewage-smelling body wash. Overall, not quite what I signed up for, but okay.

The complex is located in a nice neighborhood with quick easy access to the ski slopes. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
