This apartment is tucked away, just 10 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza, 10 minutes from the SF Airport, and 1 minute from SF "midtown".

The apartment has two bedrooms and one and a half baths. It is located directly under my apartment. I have a 3 y/o boy and small dog, so you can expect to hear us from time to time.

Not one amenity or detail was overlooked.

The space
This townhome is located in the Historic Village of Agua Fria in Santa Fe, NM. It is safe and centrally located—10 min to the airport, 10 min to Santa Fe Plaza, and 3 min to Meow Wolf, while still in the country with room to breath.

My 3y/o son, small dog, and I live in the apartment upstairs. We are friendly but strive to give guests privacy. You will hear us in the upstairs unit.

Notable bird watching as well. Birds I see almost every day, woodpeckers, hawks, bluejays, morning birds, quail, road runners. Just an unusual side note :)

The entire apartment, carport, and front yard with dining table to view sunrise and set. Walking paths and trails are all very close. Please stick to the front yard area and designated walking trails only.
Other things to note
Please approve all pets before booking. There is a very friendly pitbull on property,she stays fenced in her yard.
Both bedrooms have curtain doorways, without doors. They are heavily paneled and provide a surprising amount of privacy.
Smoke/vaping on the property is fine but please do not inside the house.
Please no shoes in-house.
Im not a big "rule" person, be respectful, be yourself, have fun, and relax :)
