Comfy stay
Comfy and cozy place to rest and rejuvenate for our girls trip. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood but close proximity to the Rail yard. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We enjoyed staying here for our girls getaway weekend. Location in a quiet neighborhood is nice and an easy walk into downtown Santa Fe. Eclectic decor/art was interesting. Only real hiccup was when we arrived the cleaners had left sheets hung up to dry around the place and hadn't stocked the bathrooms with towels (although there were plenty in the cabinets). I reached out to Karl and the cleaners returned to take care of it.
We had a friend’s weekend to see the plaza lit up for Christmas! The house was quintessential Santa fe, we loved the decor, it was comfortable and in a nice quiet location. The home was located near the plaza and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it. The only thing we all thought was interesting is we had to strip the beds prior to leaving, we thought to price we paid would have included that.
The house was perfect for us with 4 adults and 2 children. The location was easy to find and easy to get to Ski Santa Fe in the mornings, close to the grocery and close to the Plaza as well.. The kitchen was well stocked. And a big plus: the WiFi worked without interruptions. The property manager, Karl was very fast with his responses to questions. We would definitely stay there again.
Clean, well stocked, lovely backyard - Sun, shade, birds and breezes. This place is located away from the street which is nice because it’s pretty quiet at night. Easy to get to the railyard if you just turn left at Manhattan. It’s a dead end for cars, but you can just walk through. The property. Manager is very responsive and helpful.

review of property on West Manhattan Street
The house was lovely, beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable. The problem arose when my son and daughter in law pulled back the comforter and blanket to go to bed. The sheets were full of cookie crumbs, hair and eye makeup. They found some extra sheets and changed the bedding themselves. Another problem was the lack of enough toilet paper. Only two and a half rolls were provided for five people for five days.
I left a voice message for the guy who was supposed to our contact but by the time he responded we were leaving the next morning.
They need better housekeeping staff.

Thoughtfully decorated, well located, lacking basics and in need of some attention
Expect a relatively comfortable, just-fine place in a convenient location, well decorated with folk art from around the world. The primary bedroom/bath is lovely; the other bedrooms and secondary bath are much more basic, but fine enough. We found the kitchen serviceable, but poorly equipped for daily cooking without stocking it ourselves. Pantry basics were lacking (no cooking oil, salt, or pepper) or unusable due to sugar ant infestation, and we had to clean dirty pans left in the oven by prior guests before being able to use the oven ourselves. Most of the dishes, utensils, pots/pans you need are otherwise there. Confirm with the host that basic amenities are actually available before you book - The WiFi was not working for the majority of our stay, so no streaming services and no cable or over-the-air television service were available. Though the host offered us a modest refund for that trouble, they also asked us to take on the work of troubleshooting the issue with their internet provider on their behalf, which seemed odd and set a poor tone for our stay. If you’re just staying for a couple of nights, you’ll likely find this a nice place to accommodate a family or larger group. If you’re looking for a longer stay, maybe look elsewhere in or around Santa Fe, or check for mid-tier hotel options that might be more comfortable.
Nice place and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Patio was a little rough with dirty cushions that didn't fit the chairs, but we enjoyed our time outside. Carport is very cozy - tried to park in it once and had to contend with overgrown bushes and tree limbs from the neighbor. There is also an open space that worked (we only had 1 car).

Comfortable vacation home in Santa Fe
Our party of three enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe at this comfortable home. We could easily walk to excellent coffee shops and restaurants close by. This was a welcoming place to come home to each day after wandering the plaza, museums and galleries of Santa Fe.
First of all, I was concerned about finding the property as I had read that it was located down a gravel road and we were arriving at night. I reached out to Karl who was super helpful and provided additional information as to how to find the house. I believe he even drove the route so he could send me a picture of where to turn. Additionally, the house was located very close to the plaza and had we known our way around, we could have even walked to the Railyard Artisan’s Market. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The home was as advertised. Very spacious and it has a split floor plan with the master and other 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. The yard is not conducive for children to play in but we were busy with lots of other things and enjoyed the Playground at The Rail Yard though in late afternoon and early morning there is a transient element. The owner is very responsive when I asked about moving the dates by one day of our stay. I can’t say the same for Evolve.

The property location and setup was good but lacked cleanliness
We traveled to Santa Fe for a wedding and this home provided a great home base for four adults and a gathering place for the rest of the family. The neighborhood is quiet and having parking was a plus. Short drive to downtown. The patio under the big tree was where we spent a lot of time! This property was just what we were looking for.
We had a large group, that stayed in multiple homes, during our week long stay. We enjoyed this property immensely. The location is great! It was well appointed and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms had plenty of towels and linens. The one thing that made things difficult was the access and space for parking.

Fun House!
This house is filled with interesting pieces of art. We found it clean, cozy and well equipped. We enjoyed walking the short walk to the Railway Yard galleries and longer walks to the Plaza. We could also walk to Whole Foods, coffee and restaurants. Our weather was perfect. Nice visit to a favorite part of the country!
Nice house but some items were at the end of their use: kitchen faucet, teapot, bed sheets , shower liner. Would be better to have many items upgraded. Towels were missing in MBR. Found them in the dryer as well as more in hall closet. House is located behind main house. Very tight to get car into parking spot…we had a minivan. Its is convenient to many stores, railyard and plaza.

A Week of Family Time in Santa Fe
We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe. Our son and his wife and our grandson flew out to join us as he had a week off for spring break. The home we rented was beautiful, very comfortable and spacious. The only down side was the slow internet. Many of the pots and pans in the kitchen were not usable, the non stick coating was worn off. The owner had one of their housekeepers buy us new ones right away which we appreciated. The house was located in a narrow alley and parking was an issue, so keep that in mind if you rent this home. The home was close to shopping and the plaza. There's great restaurants in easy walking distance.
Tucked back into an alley entrance is parking. The lock box for the key on the door jam, but was not detailed where to look in the check in materials. It just said to the left of the door. We looked for a long time before asking a neighbor to come help us. The pillows were flat and gave me a crick in my neck that I still have. The master bath drained very slowly, like it was stopped up. Overall this place would be nice with some repairs and updated furniture.
This house was perfect for four friends to reconnect after a few years and enjoy walking around the Railyard and downtown areas. It was also easy to drive to lots of destinations around town. Highly recommended for small groups looking to experience the heart of the city.
