"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"We were there for cycling and the location was perfect in terms of proximity to all cycling routes! We spent wonderful evenings in the garden and grilled every day, which was highlight of our trip:D the pool is suitable for chilling, not swimming."

"Pros: Die Ausstattung des Hauses im Innenbereich war sehr gut. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, auch mit allem notwendigen Utensilien. Cons: Der Pool war weniger einladend, und die Sitzmöbel auf der Veranda sollten ausgetauscht werden. Der Pool könnte größer sein war er im Vergleich mit einem Planschbecken, wirkte auf dem Bildern viel größer. Man sollte da vielleicht den Außenbereich einladen der Gestalten."

"We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. We spoke with other guests who had a similar issue so perhaps the communication/instructions could be better. The unit was nicely furnished and had many provisions. One item we certainly could have used was beach...

"Pros: The view on the rooftop was great, the location was close to the towncentre. inside everything was perfect organized. Cons: Only thing is that parking could be a hassle late at night, but that gives you a nice walking tour through the beaiftul old town of Campanet!"

"Pros: Wir hatten als Männergruppe einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Finca war schön groß und in der Küche und im Wohn/Esszimmer konnte man sich gut aufhalten. Die Poolarea haben wir bevorzugt genutzt und auch die Hängematte im Garten war ein toller Ort zum entspannen. Palma und den Flughafen konnten wir innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten per Uber erreichen. Wir waren nur 4 Nächte dort, daher hat uns Uber gereicht, aber wenn man länger dort verweilen möchte, dann sollte man einen Mietwagen buchen."

"We are group of seven 56 year old friends who go abroad every year . The property was as described and very clean ..we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace . The host ( Lucia ) was superb… meeting the first party to check in .The deposit was returned after the holiday promptly.We scored the property full marks but the location was about 50 minutes walk from the ‘old’ town so on location we scored it 4/5 .Loved Palma and will return !!"
