"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. "Purchased a package with breakfast included, but hotel denying and saying it was not included. Overpriced for such amount against inclusion as it is providing basic room service. Pictures of their ad includes a pool which is owned by another property. Really misleading"
